about

just some thoughts about some stuff.

lyrics

i'm working on a song
i don't know what to say
i listen to the sound
of traffic on Broadway

the radio's playing
this old song is saying
love me love me love me
baby my heart is braking

but when i went outside today
it was such a lovely day
the park was full of people
everyone was smiling

i'm working on a song
i don't know what to say
i listen to the sound
of traffic on Broadway

- a blue moon
rises in the sky
an old satellite
passes by

i'm thinking about a friend
who's far away
he's probably in church
he likes to go to church

i'm watching a movie
from the forties
a wise-cracking reporter
helped crack the case

a thought is like a lief
on a river
you are that thought
until it's swept away

yes, a thought is like a lief
on a river
you are that thought
until it's swept away

- a blue moon
rises in the sky
an old satellite
passes by
