lyrics

Winter is old
like scraps of news
words in a storm
"blowing around"

dogs in the heat
piss on the street
dreamy afternoon
and yesterday's paper

at the train station
trees on the avenue
children at the zoo
lost the alligator

lost the alligator
lost the alligator
....
lost the alligator

soldiers keep order
people turn corners
walk to the border
wait at the border

Winter is old
like scraps of news
in a storm
old news is old news
