river zero rises up
above it’s banks the old town sparkles
like the keys to Peter’s gate
keeper of the love and hate
water washes all away
gone are blue skies and gray days
like the cops at city gates
uniforms keep play away
Taliesin was my home
built on dreams and i don’t know?
an old man made it go
but fire spreads and fire grows
water washes all away
gone are blue skies and gray days
like the cops at city gates
uniforms keep play away
water water rush away
let the king out, it’s a play day
water washes tears away
water washes tears away
water water rush away
let the king out, it’s a play day
…….
“yes let the king out. “
